My unique academic journey
Hi, my name is Drew Whalen. I am a student athlete at Auburn University majoring in Interdisciplinary Studies. This major allows me to combine various minors, providing a well-rounded degree designed to prepare me for diverse career paths.
Passion for sports management
Sports Management is a core discipline in my studies. As a transfer student from Western Kentucky, where I also pursued this field, my goal is to enter the management side of an MLB organization, potentially as an agent or in front office management, if my playing career takes a different turn. This minor is incredibly important to me and aligns perfectly with my long-term goals.
